The uniqueness of our seat cushions is that the colours are always put together individually by each maker. This leads to our selection, which true individualists are happy about. Of course, we have direct contact with the producers and can offer the community much more than the normal trade allows.
The cushions consist of rolls laid on top of each other, formed into a triangle and sewn to a mat. The fabric is 100% cotton. The filling of the rolls traditionally consists of kapok down (a natural fibre from the fruit of the kapok tree), which is wrapped around a core of rice straw, which ensures that the pillow keeps its shape even under constant one-sided stress by not pressing the kapok against the sides.
