Our chairs and stools are made in the north of Thailand in various family farms. They are made from the wood of the rain tree (saman wood), which is grown as a crop in Thailand. Thus, it is a tropical wood, which is grown exclusively in crops and thus counteracts the deforestation of tropical forests. Due to the humid tropical climate without growth breaks in winter, the trees grow evenly. Due to weather and unbirth, the trees develop many natural defenses that make the wood extremely durable. This makes the wood very very resistant. The stools and chairs are painted and sealed with water repellent and environmentally friendly nano paint. Each piece of Fairentry furniture is elaborate handmade and the motifs on it are lovingly drawn and engraved into the wood, which makes the furniture vivid and unique.
